Financial Controller (Fintech)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Bucharest, Romania)

What you will do

• Prepare monthly close packages and conduct detailed variance analysis on reported financial information.
• Support planning activities, including monthly short-term forecasts and yearly bottom-up budget construction.
• Manage closing procedures and generate monthly management reporting.
• Perform reviews and reconciliations to ensure the consistency and integrity of financial data.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, business management, or economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in controlling, audit, or as a Corporate Finance specialist.
• Proficiency in SAP, BI tools, and advanced Excel competency.
• Fluent English and B1-B2 German proficiency.
• Must be based in Romania (Bucharest).
