Malaysia Finance Controller - Assembly & Test Operations

What you will do

• Control operations finance, including FP&A, internal controls, accounting policy compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Lead collaboration with factory, manufacturing, supply chain, HR, central finance, and global finance stakeholders.
• Drive cost savings, productivity planning, efficiency improvements, transformation projects, and A&T-wide harmonization.
• Support strategic site expansion, demand and resource planning, hiring and headcount alignment, and CAPEX requirements.
• Manage and develop the finance and business analytics team through goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and talent development.
• Support BE1MES standardization projects across A&T, including CAMSTAR, LOV, and EMV.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Management; an MBA is a plus.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing with senior managerial exposure.
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder influencing, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and SAP Product Costing and Analysis.
• Fluent English is required. Knowledge of a regional language is a strong plus.
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt to a dynamic, globally complex environment.
