Clinical Recruiter (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of clinical roles, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, closing, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with clinical, operational, People, and executive leaders to define workforce needs, hiring plans, job requirements, and sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates for specialized clinical positions and build diverse, equitable talent pipelines.
• Use AI-enabled recruiting tools to map talent markets, identify adjacent candidate populations, personalize outreach, and analyze pipeline trends.
• Monitor Greenhouse pipelines, identify process gaps and conversion opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to hiring teams.
• Collaborate with credentialing, licensing, People Operations, and clinical leadership while improving recruiting processes and supporting junior recruiters.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant clinical or healthcare recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, health technology, managed care, or a rapidly growing organization.
• Experience sourcing, assessing, engaging, and closing candidates with specialized clinical skill sets.
• Understanding of clinical recruiting requirements, including licensure, credentialing, geographic availability, and healthcare labor markets.
• Experience using AI, automation, recruiting metrics, dashboards, Google Workspace, and applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse is used here.
• Ability to manage multiple searches independently, collaborate with leaders, protect confidential information, validate AI outputs, and recognize potential bias.
