What you will do
- Manage cost control and estimation for customer reimbursements and compensation, including accruals and accounting compliance.
- Build and improve financial models with Tech and Data teams, including Finance and Operations reconciliations.
- Monitor the financial impact of operational improvement and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Support mid- and long-term forecasting and budgeting, analyze deviations from plan, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop reports and dashboards for performance discussions with senior leadership.
- Translate financial and operational data into recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business partnering, or audit.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to translate financial information into business insights.
- Experience working with large datasets, data modeling, visualization, accruals, and forecasting models.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience with SQL/BigQuery and Looker or similar tools.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
