Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of Tendem or Self-Service for B2B clients.
• Design workflows for task scoping, quoting, human-in-the-loop review, and results delivery.
• Improve onboarding and configuration for self-service users.
• Work with product management, engineering, research, legal, compliance, marketing, and analytics to turn ambiguous problems into testable design solutions.
• Conduct interviews, usability tests, and feedback analysis to validate design decisions.
• Contribute to the shared design system and translate AI oversight regulations into product experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience and a strong portfolio of shipped B2B or B2C products.
• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows such as task platforms, marketplaces, or dashboards.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, from wireframes to pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Experience conducting and synthesizing UX research, including interviews, usability tests, and survey analysis.
• Familiarity with AI-powered or AI-assisted products.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and structure loosely defined problems.
