Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Plan and conduct generative and evaluative user research, synthesizing findings into product and business recommendations.
• Design complex interaction flows, user journeys, edge cases, information architecture, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Create scalable visual designs that follow brand standards and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
• Define usability and accessibility criteria and incorporate user feedback into iterative product improvements.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering from discovery through launch, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Mentor junior designers, lead design critiques, manage personal OKRs, and improve design-to-development workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design or UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio covering complex digital products or platforms.
• Independent experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research.
• Advanced skills in interaction design, user flows, information architecture, high-fidelity prototyping, visual design, and design systems.
• Experience setting performance goals or OKRs and aligning Product Management and Engineering stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior designers and participating in design critiques.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and modern design tools such as Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience designing B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, data-heavy applications, or AI/ML-driven user interfaces.
• Experience building or maintaining enterprise design systems and organizational research frameworks.
• Experience in high-growth, Agile environments and with products serving multiple user types, roles, or permission levels.
• Experience working directly with Engineering on implementation details, edge cases, tickets, and technical constraints.
