Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Plan, conduct, and synthesize generative and evaluative user research to identify complex user needs and inform product decisions.
• Design complex interaction flows, user journeys, edge cases, information architecture, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Create scalable visual designs aligned with branding standards and improve the product design system.
• Define usability and accessibility criteria and integrate feedback from testing into product iterations.
• Set and manage OKRs, establish research and design standards, and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering from discovery through launch while mentoring junior designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design or UX/UI experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work on complex digital products or platforms.
• Strong experience in user research, interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Hands-on visual design experience with design systems and modern design tools such as Figma.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
• Experience setting OKRs, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, mentoring junior designers, and participating in design critiques.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, data-heavy applications, or AI/ML-driven interfaces.
• Experience scaling enterprise design systems and defining organizational design standards or research frameworks.
• Experience in high-growth Agile environments and with products serving multiple user types, roles, or permission levels.
• Experience working directly with Engineering on implementation details, edge cases, tickets, and technical constraints.
