Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Budapest, XI.; on-site Monday to Thursday and remote on Fridays

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for a defined product area, from discovery through launch.
• Design real-time meeting experiences that surface relevant information without distracting financial advisors.
• Adapt AI experiences across the tools used by financial advisors while maintaining consistency.
• Turn meeting sentiment signals into quickly scannable, actionable interfaces.
• Simplify data synchronization flows and make system status understandable to users.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership, and evolve the design system with scalable components and states.

Requirements

• Previous experience designing AI-powered products, including intelligent and real-time systems.
• Five or more years of product design experience with shipped complex B2B or enterprise products.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making under ambiguity, and end-to-end product design skills.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, system constraints, and engineering collaboration.
• Experience building or evolving a scalable design system.
• Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge.

• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or productivity tools.
• HTML/CSS or coding experience.
