Product Designer (AI)

Location: The Netherlands with a hybrid work model, or wider Europe with remote work

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX and UI design of contact centre, agent, supervisor, and AI-powered product experiences.
• Translate complex business, regulatory, and multi-market requirements into intuitive and trustworthy interfaces.
• Design AI-powered workflows that prioritise reliability, transparency, and user trust in production environments.
• Establish and evolve the design system with reusable Figma components, design tokens, and standards aligned with React implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering across discovery, solution design, and delivery.
• Establish user research practices, including usability baselines, interviews, usability testing, and design validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise software or B2B SaaS products.
• Strong end-to-end product design capability across UX and visual interface design, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience building, implementing, or maintaining design systems adopted by engineering teams.
• Practical experience conducting usability testing, user interviews, and design validation.
• Experience designing AI-powered products and enterprise workflows for multiple user types and operational environments.
• Experience with localisation, customisation, multiple languages or markets, Figma, React-based product teams, design tokens, and design-to-development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with communications platforms, CCaaS, CPaaS, regulated industries, or AI-enabled products.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools.
