Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead major product features from concept and user exploration through visual design, interactive prototyping, and launch.
• Design novel, fluid interaction paradigms that make complex AI concepts intuitive.
• Build functional prototypes and shippable features using AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Maintain a high bar for visual design, interaction design, and prototyping craft.
• Drive decisions and momentum through ambiguity while collaborating with engineering, product, and AI research.
• Establish design and engineering patterns that improve product quality and can be reused across the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building innovative products at scale.
• Strength in visual design, interaction design, product thinking, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• AI must be visibly integrated into the design process and portfolio.
• Experience building functional prototypes with AI coding tools.
• Portfolio required, including shipped production work, problem framing, evolution, and impact.
• Ability to move quickly, converge on decisions, and influence cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing complex creative software such as video or photo editors, design tools, or developer tools.
• Exceptional interaction design skills, including micro-interactions, complex state transitions, and prototypes beyond static screens.
