Supply Chain Capacity Management Engineer

Location: Casablanca, Morocco

What you will do

• Monitor supplier production capacities and consolidate capacity data against operational requirements.
• Identify capacity risks, constraints, and parts availability issues.
• Participate in capacity increase studies with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define production scenarios that support plan feasibility and capacity achievement.
• Evaluate supplier proposals based on capacity, cost, and lead-time impacts.
• Report progress and escalate capacity-related issues while contributing to mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Industrial Operations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and capacity management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Fluency in English and French required.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive or industrial sector.
