Admin and Supply Chain Lead

Location: Onsite in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines

What you will do

• Manage office administration, document control, customer invoicing, collections monitoring, local purchasing, travel arrangements, and HMO coordination.
• Coordinate business license renewals, product registrations, and related regulatory documentation with brokers and external regulatory affairs partners.
• Track importation, permits, shipments, remittances, trucking services, and customer deliveries.
• Coordinate third-party warehouses and truckers to support accurate and timely logistics operations.
• Forecast and control inventory, manage FIFO move-in and move-out procedures, and document damaged or obsolete stock disposal.
• Monitor orders and in-transit shipments while coordinating with regional and global headquarters colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and coordinate across regional and global teams.
• Strong communication skills, results orientation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Good English communication skills required.
