Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands; site-based hybrid work with 1–2 days from home

What you will do
- Lead logistics improvement projects and change initiatives across the European Distribution Center.
- Analyze end-to-end logistics and warehouse processes to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement to improve service levels, reliability, operational performance, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate EMEA Logistics, IT, business units, manufacturing sites, sales and service units, and external logistics partners.
- Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop KPI dashboards, reporting, process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferably in an international environment.
- Experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge and Power BI reporting experience are relevant.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required; occasional travel is expected.

- Dutch language skills.
- Experience with strategic logistics and SAP-related projects.
