Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Malaysian citizenship and legal authorization to work in Malaysia required

Salary: MYR 180,000–MYR 204,000 yearly

What you will do

• Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using tools including Datadog and CloudWatch.
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot production issues across secure, highly available systems.
• Manage and design scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform, Packer, Fargate, and EC2.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes with CircleCI.
• Implement security and patch-management practices across the technology stack.
• Mentor junior engineers and developers on DevOps practices and improve developer tooling and documentation.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizenship and legal authorization to work in Malaysia are required.
• At least four years of experience in a similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent information technology experience.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of web application security best practices and internetworking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with Linux administration.
