What you will do

• Price customer works, prepare quotations, issue quotes, and track follow-up information to assess competitive positioning.
• Manage major customer relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
• Project-manage highways lighting and electrical installation works, including purchasing, financial tracking, invoicing, and debt management.
• Act as an escalation point for key customer complaints and resolve them in line with company policies.
• Promote safety, health, welfare, environmental responsibility, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Support business growth, sales targets, and the development of high-performing teams.

Requirements

• C&G236 or equivalent and BS7671 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Proven experience installing electrical works, including highways electrical works, and understanding highway electrical supplies such as DNO, IDNO, PCN, and passively safe systems.
• Commercial experience with a track record of developing and managing key customer relationships and delivering sales targets.
• Experience with quotations, pricing documents, schedules of rates, basic accounting, profit and loss accounts, and project-level financial performance tracking.
• Strong communication, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

• Experience using SAP financial software and Microsoft Dynamics.
