Treasury Associate (KSA) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Perform daily bank reconciliations across group bank accounts in multiple countries and investigate discrepancies between bank records and internal ledgers or ERP entries.
• Download bank statements from multiple banking portals and update Wafeq, NetSuite, and internal tracking sheets.
• Respond to payment queries, verify payment statuses, and issue Proof of Payment documents.
• Support manual collections, inter-account transfers, prefunding, and fund flows between operational and settlement accounts.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Customer Experience teams, and banks to resolve operational and settlement issues.
• Support KYC/RFI requests, month-end close, audits, regulatory compliance, SOP documentation, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial or treasury operations.
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, payment flows, and cash management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work accurately with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems; Wafeq and/or NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Comfort working across multiple banking portals and internal systems.
