Fraud Investigator (Fintech)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; onsite with flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays

hirify.global is a Saudi fintech platform building a customer-centric financial super-app for users and merchants across the GCC region.

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze transactions and activities to identify potential fraud, money laundering, and other criminal activity.
• Use data analysis, statistical modeling, and fraud detection tools to identify suspicious patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Investigate suspicious activity and prepare detailed reports of findings.
• Collaborate with other teams to implement fraud prevention measures and improve security.
• Contact customers and merchants to verify transaction and account details.
• Support other team members and stay current with fraud prevention techniques and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in fraud prevention or investigation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Python is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
