Senior Fraud Investigator (Fintech): Leading end-to-end investigations into fraud, AML and financial crime cases with an accent on deep-dive signal analysis, evidence-based reporting, and cross-functional risk controls. Focus on detecting emerging threats, improving investigation frameworks and tooling, and mentoring investigators while handling complex customer and merchant cases.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; flexible shifts may include weekends, nights, and holidays

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end investigations into high-risk fraud, AML, financial crime, account misuse, merchant abuse, and suspicious activity cases.
- Analyze signals and data sources to identify fraud patterns, trends, and emerging threats.
- Write investigation reports covering timelines, evidence, conclusions, and recommended actions.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve detection rules, controls, and investigation tooling.
- Coach investigators and improve case quality, SOPs, QA standards, escalation criteria, turnaround time, and accuracy.
- Communicate with customers and merchants in Arabic and English to verify details and resolve complex cases.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in fraud, risk operations, AML, transaction monitoring, or investigations.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to write clear, persuasive investigation narratives.
- Experience with fraud and risk tooling and case management platforms such as Groupe IB, Sardine, Focal/Mozn, or SEON.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
