Risk Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the development and maintenance of the company’s risk management framework, risk register, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze SAMA regulations related to licensing, capital adequacy, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in risk identification and assessment across operational, financial, credit, market, and cybersecurity domains.
• Support stress testing, scenario analysis, risk exposure monitoring, and mitigation strategy reviews.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, assessment reports, incident logs, and mitigation action plans for management review.
• Assist with risk training, audit preparation, documentation, and follow-up on audit findings.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in risk management, preferably in financial services or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, business, actuarial science, or a related field.
• Understanding of risk assessment, control methodologies, and reporting.
• Good project coordination, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as G-Suite tools.
• Familiarity with SAMA regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous.
