Product Engineer (React/TypeScript)

Location: San Francisco, California

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 base salary per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Architect and ship customer-facing features from development through launch in collaboration with design and engineering.
• Solve complex technical problems, including virtualized rendering, content management systems, and application performance.
• Build polished user experiences and deliver last-mile refinements that improve usability.
• Design scalable solutions that support a growing user base.
• Contribute to product direction and engineering decisions across the stack.
• Speak directly with customers and use their insights to shape product development.

Requirements

• Strong technical experience in either frontend development with React, Next.js, and TypeScript or backend systems design, API architecture, and database optimization.
• Experience with component architecture, state management, and rendering performance for frontend-focused candidates.
• Strong product intuition and attention to customer needs when building user-facing software.
• Adaptability and willingness to work across the stack to ship features.
• Ability to take ownership, define solutions, and contribute to technical and product decisions.
