Salary: $170,000–$290,000 plus equity.

What you will do

• Build products and tools that help larger teams and companies manage applications as they grow.
• Own full-stack projects from design through delivery, creating user-facing features and deployment abstractions.
• Collaborate with design, product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Evolve the codebase and technology as the platform scales and becomes more complex.
• Participate in planning, roadmapping, goal-setting, and team culture development.
• Share on-call responsibilities with the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience shipping software.
• Experience building products across the stack and working both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience partnering with product and design stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple programming languages.
• Strong ownership and pragmatic decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with modern software build and deployment tooling and product-driven growth for enterprise audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience at a small, high-growth startup.
• Experience with Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, or Temporal.
