Forward Deployed Engineer (React/TypeScript)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the San Francisco office. Early starts are expected to collaborate with teammates in Europe.

Salary: $180,000–$250,000 per year plus options

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to diagnose problems, scope solutions, and ship fixes end to end.
• Own system design for customer deployments while balancing correctness, scale, and delivery speed.
• Exhirify.global plans and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, and core Engineering to incorporate customer learning into the roadmap.
• Help define and scale the Forward Deployed function.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping full-stack products end to end.
• Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript, plus production-quality backend development.
• Ability to prototype quickly, learn from real usage, and work effectively with ambiguous requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including customer calls and turning vague requests into concrete scope.
• Strong product judgment and ownership in an early-stage environment.
• Ability to manage delays, bugs, de-scoping discussions, and reasonable pushback calmly.
