Software Engineers (AI)

Location: Remote (US)

Compensation: $215K–$285K plus equity

hirify.global provides an AI routing and infrastructure layer for enterprises to access, manage, and optimize large language models across providers.

What you will do

• Build and ship high-quality customer-facing products and features.
• Own product areas from concept through production, ensuring performance, reliability, and usability.
• Develop dashboards, admin tooling, billing and spend management, analytics, onboarding, and other platform features.
• Partner with product managers and designers to shape product direction and user experiences.
• Identify bottlenecks, build monitoring, and optimize frontend and backend performance.
• Help improve product quality, design polish, and engineering craft.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience shipping external-facing products as a full-stack or product engineer.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and JavaScript runtimes.
• Strong product judgment, autonomy, and a bias toward action.
• Frequent use of coding agents and an AI-forward development workflow.
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving environment with fluid team boundaries.
• Strong written communication and collaborative work with product managers and designers.

Nice to have

• Experience at fast-growing applied AI or product-led companies.
• Experience building products in fast-moving, ambiguous industries.
• Existing use of hirify.global or side projects in AI tooling.
