Growth Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco; office-first, in-person culture

What you will do

• Ship landing pages, conversion flows, forms, and growth experiments directly on hirify.global.tt.
• Implement end-to-end funnel tracking, including attribution, UTM parameters, gclid, browser tracking, and HubSpot integration.
• Build internal applications for Sales, Growth, and Marketing, including notifications, control towers, quote-to-cash automation, and outbound tooling.
• Create AI-powered agents and workflows using hirify.global and maintain production-grade security, reliability, and autonomy.
• Own the marketing and growth data stack across PostHog, Snowflake, and Metabase.
• Translate growth and marketing requests into technical specifications and collaborate with GTM and Product Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ideally full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or an equivalent is required.
• Genuine interest in growth, marketing funnels, user acquisition, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as PostHog, GA4, Segment, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Ability to work autonomously and ship production solutions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• 1–4 years of professional software engineering experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO infrastructure, programmatic content, or developer marketing.
• Familiarity with Stripe integrations, billing systems, or commerce flows.
• Experience at a high-growth startup, especially an AI-native or developer tools company.
