Staff Full-Stack Product Engineer (IoT)

Location: Remote within the U.S.; HQ in Houston, Texas

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 per year, plus benefits and meaningful equity.

What you will do

• Build customer-facing products across frontend and backend systems.
• Develop modern applications with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Design backend services, APIs, data models, and data flows for multi-user workflows.
• Turn equipment and operational data into clear, actionable product experiences.
• Own features from ambiguous customer problems through architecture, implementation, testing, and launch.
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership on technical and product decisions.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack product engineering experience across frontend and backend.
• Current hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, or Next.js.
• Deep backend judgment across service design, APIs, data modeling, and system architecture.
• Experience owning customer-facing products from concept through production.
• Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs involving rendering, state, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Autonomous, hands-on ownership of architectural decisions and production outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with vertical SaaS, IoT, connected products, marketplaces, or multi-user platforms.
