Location: United States; fully remote with required travel for in-person onboarding

Salary: $203,000–$334,500 annual salary, plus performance-based incentives and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Advise product, technology, marketing, service delivery, compliance, and executive teams on legal, regulatory, and risk matters.
• Guide consumer-facing products and services from concept through launch while balancing regulatory, privacy, intellectual property, and business priorities.
• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements for products, commercial partnerships, marketplaces, and strategic opportunities.
• Translate emerging federal and state regulations into actionable guidance and adaptable governance frameworks.
• Advise senior executives and board-level stakeholders on product strategy, partnerships, legal risks, and mitigation plans.
• Lead legal team development and improve legal and business processes for speed, consistency, and efficiency.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and an active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience advising on product development in regulated industries.
• Significant experience in healthcare, banking, financial services, employee benefits, or similar regulated sectors.
• Experience supporting commercial partnerships and advising senior management, C-suite executives, or boards.
• Knowledge of regulated-industry requirements, data privacy, and consumer-facing products; familiarity with UDAP, ERISA welfare benefit plans, HSAs, GLBA, and HIPAA is valued.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, risk assessment, communication, leadership, and strategic problem-solving skills.
