Product Trainer I (Lottery)

Location: Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago

What you will do

• Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver product training programs for retailers, agents, operators, and employees.
• Facilitate classroom, field-based, practical, and hands-on learning sessions.
• Create and maintain training aids, manuals, handbooks, reference guides, and other learning documentation.
• Evaluate participant engagement and learning outcomes through surveys, feedback, effectiveness reports, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain training records, curriculum databases, attendance data, certification tracking, and training facilities.
• Coordinate field visits, training logistics, certification activities, and collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in sales, training, learning and development, or a related field.
• Experience in training design, facilitation, knowledge transfer, presentation, coaching, and group facilitation.
• Strong communication, planning, organization, time management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience maintaining training records, learning documentation, and performance reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning or training management tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person training and field-based learning initiatives.

Nice to have

• Training experience in FMCG, retail, consumer products, gaming, lottery operations, or other regulated environments.
