Global Learning & Development Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate workshops, webinars, onboarding and mandatory training programmes.
• Manage day-to-day learning operations for employees, managers and stakeholders across multiple locations and business areas.
• Maintain participation, completion, learning analytics and compliance reports.
• Analyse learning data, identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate external learning providers and vendors, including delivery support, negotiations and budgeting administration.
• Develop and improve L&D playbooks, templates, processes and operating practices.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a Learning & Development team, training coordination or learning operations.
• Experience in a technology-driven organisation.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets, reports, tracking files and learning metrics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw information into meaningful insights.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident English communication is required for working with global stakeholders and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting learning programmes in large international or regional L&D organisations.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms, learning technologies or content development tools such as Articulate Storyline.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards or tracking mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness.
• Exposure to process improvement and operational framework development within L&D.
