Junior Operation Specialist - Austria (Logistics)

Location: Fully remote, based in Austria; residence in or willingness to relocate to the greater areas of Linz, Salzburg, or St. Pölten is required. Occasional customer and stakeholder visits are expected.

Salary: Minimum €2,738.10 gross per month on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Manage daily operations and planning for customers in Austria.
• Develop and maintain customer experience together with the Operational Account Manager.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, carriers, workshops, and other partners.
• Coordinate invoicing, hardware, charging, and other internal stakeholders.
• Analyze, optimize, and report performance against customer KPIs and SLAs.
• Resolve customer requests and operational deviations, monitor the support inbox, and support deployments, back-office tasks, and go-live activities.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in logistics or operations, such as HAK, or a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, or logistics.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organization, service orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to act independently, prioritize, and make decisions.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are required.
• Hands-on approach and openness to working in a fast-scaling environment.
• Interest in electric transport, new technologies, and sustainability.

• Experience in a customer-facing operations, logistics, or related role.
