Supply Chain ESG Specialist (Telco): Supporting the delivery of the supply chain ESG strategy with an accent on ESG performance management, supplier engagement, and reporting. Focus on tracking ESG KPIs, aligning suppliers with climate transition pathways, and ensuring compliance with international disclosure standards like CSRD and GRI.

Location: Based in Luxembourg (Hybrid/Flexible)

What you will do

  • Manage ESG performance by tracking KPIs and maintaining data systems to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Engage with category managers and suppliers to align with environmental KPIs, carbon methodologies, and climate transition pathways.
  • Facilitate supplier onboarding and provide guidance on sustainability platforms, assessments, and conflict minerals.
  • Coordinate data collection and validation for external disclosures, including Annual Reports, EcoVadis, CDP, and Modern Slavery.
  • Support ESG governance through agenda preparation, policy maintenance, and internal/external communications.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and analytical skills with a high level of comfort working with data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal procurement and finance teams.
  • Foundational knowledge of procurement processes, category strategies, and supplier engagement.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability, climate transition, Scope 3 emissions, and circularity.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be based in Luxembourg.
