What you will do

• Lead workshops, interviews, and document analysis to define business objectives, requirements, and constraints.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, mock-ups, and configuration guides.
• Model and optimise business processes in collaboration with architects, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, including test planning, defect triage, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Support feature prioritisation by assessing business value, risk, and implementation effort.
• Review implemented solutions, quantify benefits, and recommend follow-up improvements.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in functional consultancy, business analysis, or a similar software delivery role.
• Experience leading workshops and building consensus across mixed stakeholder groups.
• Advanced process modelling, functional requirements writing, and acceptance criteria development skills.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and release practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid London-based arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software configuration, CRM, or ERP implementations.
• BCS, CBAP, or equivalent certification.
• Transferable experience from financial services, utilities, or technology consulting.
