Location: Hybrid (London or Sofia), averaging 2-3 days onsite

What you will do

• Lead the assessment and triage of new change initiatives entering the Product & Technology portfolio.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to define business needs, outcomes, and requirements.
• Produce high-quality functional and non-functional requirements to support solution design.
• Partner with Architects, Engineers, and Product Managers to assess technical feasibility and delivery complexity.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation constraints early in the change lifecycle.
• Define and champion business analysis standards and mentor other analysts across the organisation.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst within technology or digital product environments.
• Extensive experience leading discovery and solution assessment activities.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical challenges into actionable requirements.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and systems integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills to influence at all levels.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London or Sofia offices in a 50% hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Experience within media, publishing, or digital subscription organisations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean delivery approaches and modern product operating models.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, or data platforms.
