Solution Consultant (Salesforce B2B Commerce)

We are looking for a Solution Consultant (Salesforce B2B Commerce)

Requirements:

- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Solution Consultant, Functional Consultant, or Senior Business Analyst in e-commerce implementations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce (or Salesforce B2C Commerce with strong B2B exposure)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and functional documentation
- Proven experience facilitating discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs in Azure DevOps or JIRA
- Strong understanding of e-commerce integration patterns, including ERP, PIM, CMS, and payment solutions
- Experience working with Salesforce Architects and delivery teams on solution decisions and trade-offs
- Experience supporting Agile ceremonies, UAT, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos
- Experience defining integration requirements with third-party vendors
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Fluent English; comfortable working with both US and EU stakeholders
