Regional Demand Planning Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Build and lead the end-to-end demand planning function for the ELIP Business Line across the EMEA region.
• Define regional planning frameworks, tools, standards, and processes across product lines and manufacturing sites.
• Lead S&OP and S&OE processes, aligning commercial forecasts, production capacity, inventory, and daily execution.
• Coordinate site planners across the manufacturing network, ensuring consistent methods, data quality, and adherence to regional plans.
• Optimize inventory targets while balancing customer service levels and working capital efficiency.
• Track forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and on-time delivery, providing analysis and recommendations to operations leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing planning processes across multiple sites or at a regional level, including coordination of distributed planning teams.
• Strong experience owning S&OP and S&OE processes, inventory management, demand planning methodologies, and cross-functional alignment.
• Strong proficiency in SAP planning processes and tools, especially PP, MRP, and PP/DS, is required.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM or equivalent certification.
• Experience with S/4HANA.
• Background in electrical installation products, construction, or adjacent industries.
• Additional European languages.
