Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do
- Create and maintain manufacturing plans based on forecasts and customer orders using SAP GIB and MRP.
- Release manufacturing orders, manage forecast data, and coordinate customer delivery dates and production schedules.
- Determine manpower, equipment, raw material, capacity, and machine requirements for production demand.
- Manage inventory analytics, safety stock, material movements, shortages, recovery plans, and production-floor replenishment.
- Prepare forecast accuracy, inventory, capacity, readiness, and headcount reports for S&OP and D&OP reviews.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, IT, system operations, and leadership to resolve risks, SAP issues, schedule changes, and new product introductions.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, technical studies, supply chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- At least 1 year of purchasing or production scheduling experience in a manufacturing organization using MRP.
- Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems, including SAP or Oracle; extensive SAP use is required for the role.
- Knowledge of Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (S&OP) and relevant APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CPSM certification.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Power BI, Teams, and PowerPoint, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Ability to work onsite in Liverpool, New York, make independent decisions, analyze data, and present recommendations to all organizational levels.
