Regional Supply Chain Planning Director EMEA

What you will do

• Lead demand, supply, replenishment, and inventory planning across EMEA manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
• Optimize product availability, service levels, inventory, logistics costs, and capacity utilization.
• Lead and continuously improve the regional S&OP process, integrating demand, supply, inventory, financial, and commercial plans.
• Identify planning risks and opportunities, analyze performance variances, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and communicate outcomes across the organization.
• Develop, coach, and mentor planning professionals and managers while building organizational capabilities and succession strength.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific discipline, logistics, supply chain management, business management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, and/or materials management.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong communication, influencing, critical-thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience presenting recommendations and gaining alignment with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading organizational change and driving adoption of new processes and initiatives.
