Focus on resolving supply-demand imbalances, managing deviations from plan, and preparing executive-level outlooks for revenue and manufacturing costs.

What you will do
- Support Sales and Operations Execution governance and facilitate alignment across Sales, Supply Planning, Logistics, Fulfilment, and Manufacturing.
- Monitor adherence to the S&OP plan, assess deviations and impacts, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate short-term production priorities with manufacturing teams.
- Identify and resolve supply-demand imbalances across the end-to-end value chain.
- Provide accurate inputs to monthly S&OP and Supply Planning processes.
- Prepare executive-level summaries of the short-term revenue and manufacturing cost outlook.
Requirements
- Degree or relevant qualification and experience in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Fluent English, including conversational and written skills, is required and will be evaluated.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with supply chain processes in global or complex supply chains, preferably in heavy manufacturing or related industries.
- Experience using Excel and other planning systems.
- Experience coordinating decentralized, cross-time-zone, or multidisciplinary teams and establishing S&OE processes.
