Supply Planner (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end finished-goods supply planning across long-term S&OP and weekly or daily S&OE horizons.
• Plan imported finished-goods supply across product business units and ensure timely product availability.
• Monitor plant order confirmations, shipments, purchase orders, supply risks, and delivery commitments.
• Develop integrated supply plans that balance customer demand, supplier capabilities, production capacity, and inventory targets.
• Prepare supply reviews, manage S&OP and PSI reporting, and support sales recognition estimates with OTD and Finance teams.
• Drive supplier and exporter performance improvements, SKU transitions, reporting, and transactional data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in integrated supply chain functions, particularly supply planning, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Experience developing and executing supply plans and coordinating with manufacturing plants, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Experience managing supply disruptions, order delays, changing priorities, and operational risks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, planning, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar supply chain planning platforms.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production lead times, capacity planning, inventory management, and import or export operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, plus experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of business statistics and experience performing scenario analysis with large datasets.
