IBEN Associate (Education)

hirify.global delivers educational services to schools through four hirify.global programmes and manages a global network of hirify.global Educators.

What you will do

• Support the ongoing management of hirify.global Educators in line with legal, financial, and organizational requirements.
• Maintain accurate educator data and respond to hirify.global Educator queries within agreed KPIs.
• Support recruitment processes, including application processing, information sharing, feedback collection, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate educator allocation to events and share event information with relevant stakeholders.
• Track and help resolve data issues with IT colleagues, providing information for root-cause analysis.
• Support certification and community-building activities, including processing certification data and identifying recurring issues.

Requirements

• Education to hirify.global Diploma level or equivalent.
• Good ICT skills and the ability to learn new systems and software.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• High flexhirify.globalility and adaptability in a small-team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, prioritization, and workload management.
• Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of the hirify.global and its programmes.
• Experience identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction rates from support data.
• Experience developing and implementing quick-win process improvements.
