Location: Fully remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship required. Permanent residents are not eligible. Occasional travel of less than 10% is expected.

What you will do
- Lead the development of instructor-led, virtual, online, and hybrid training content for software implementation and workforce development programs.
- Translate stakeholder, subject matter expert, and technical requirements into practical learning experiences and training programs.
- Develop learning materials for webinars, web-based training, instructor-led sessions, user guides, and online help systems.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles throughout the ADDIE lifecycle.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, learner engagement, adoption, and performance outcomes to identify improvements.
- Support multiple programs and contracts while maintaining quality, accessibility, deadlines, and customer alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, training development, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of the complete ADDIE process, adult learning theory, and multiple training delivery modalities.
- Experience translating complex software, technical, or operational information into clear learning content and collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and experience creating compliant training materials.
- U.S. citizenship, ability to work remotely within the United States, and successful completion of a CBP Tier 4 background investigation are required.
