Professional Learning Lead, Operations

What you will do

• Manage, support, and develop a team of coordinators while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Build and maintain scalable systems, processes, and operational workflows.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify gaps, and escalate improvements to senior leadership.
• Oversee professional development scheduling across seven regions.
• Partner with internal teams to develop Salesforce reports and dashboards that improve efficiency.
• Coordinate travel approvals, bookings, internal meetings, and professional learning events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent BA/BS qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in operational roles.
• Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks from start to finish.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
