Clinical Solutions Consultant (Healthcare IT)

What you will do

• Provide clinical expertise during the sales cycle, including client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Deliver clinically relevant product positioning aligned to patient safety, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CMOs, nursing leaders, pharmacists, and clinical educators to support account growth.
• Represent the company at regional conferences, customer events, and professional workshops.
• Work with product and marketing teams to relay customer insights and workflow requirements from the UK and Middle East.
• Support early-stage engagement for product localization and emerging solutions like UpToDate Expert AI.

Requirements

• Professional degree in a clinical field (Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or equivalent).
• Active clinical licensure is highly preferred.
• 4–8 years of frontline clinical practice experience, ideally in a hospital or academic medical center.
• Fluency in English for business and clinical communication.
• Experience with CDS systems, EMRs, or medication informatics.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% within the region.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in health-tech, CDS, EMR, Medical Affairs, or AI-health companies.
