What you will do

• Provide clinical expertise during the sales cycle, including product demonstrations and discovery discussions.
• Deliver clinically relevant product positioning aligned to patient safety and quality improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CMOs, nursing leaders, and pharmacists to support account growth.
• Represent the company at regional conferences, customer events, and workshops.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay customer insights and workflow requirements.
• Support early-stage engagement for product localization and emerging AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Professional degree in a clinical field (Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or equivalent).
• Active clinical licensure is highly preferred.
• 4–8 years of frontline clinical practice experience, ideally in a hospital or academic medical center.
• Experience with CDS systems, medication informatics, or clinical information platforms.
• Fluency in English for business and clinical communication.
• Ability to travel 20-30% within the region.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in health-tech, EMR, or Medical Affairs.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled clinical tools.
