What you will do

• Own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for global clients and partners.
• Forecast project timelines and communicate milestones, dependencies, risks, and potential delays.
• Partner with commercial and technical stakeholders to educate clients on solutions and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with developers and deployment managers to integrate hirify.global technology with client applications.
• Investigate technical challenges, facilitate client status meetings, and manage scope and schedules across concurrent deployments.
• Build expertise in the product suite and contribute client insights to product roadmap development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company.
• Applied knowledge of agile software development processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, analytical, process-oriented environment with attention to detail.
• Fluent, idiomatic English communication skills.

Nice to have

• BS or MS degree in technology or management; Computer Science is a plus.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, or MS Project.
• PMP or Certified ScrumMaster certification.
• Interest in indoor location technology.
