What you will do

• Coordinate strategically relevant initiatives and serve as a central point of contact.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and ensure successful project delivery.
• Define strategic objectives and translate them into actionable workstreams.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Connect ongoing initiatives with C-level priorities and market developments.
• Prepare management decision papers and organize workshops with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, consulting, or a startup environment; internships and working student roles count.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently interpret data and develop recommendations.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and the ability to critically assess and improve analyses.
• Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and structured working style.
• Excellent English and German language skills required.
