GTM Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

Location: Munich, Germany / remote, with office, home-based, or hybrid work options.

What you will do

• Own and maintain HubSpot CRM data, properties, workflows, pipelines, and reporting.
• Use AI to investigate business questions, explain metric changes, and identify high-value accounts.
• Build AI agents and automations for CRM hygiene, lead routing, reporting, and other repetitive RevOps tasks using n8n, Claude, and the existing tool stack.
• Analyze calls, emails, and tickets to identify the causes behind performance changes that dashboards cannot explain.
• Manage GTM tools including HubSpot, n8n, lemlist, Modjo, and Sales Navigator.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, partner management, onboarding, support, BI, finance, and product.

Requirements

• Experience in RevOps, sales operations, or marketing operations.
• Strong HubSpot skills, including workflows, properties, and funnel and pipeline reporting.
• Daily practical use of AI tools and experience building at least one real automation or AI agent.
• Ability to analyze messy, unstructured data from calls, emails, and tickets.
• Strong documentation, structured thinking, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and a genuine interest in how pipelines are built and converted.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-native growth tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Claude, ChatGPT, Koala, or Clearbit.
