Business Development Manager (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany, with a hybrid setup requiring 3 office days per week. Work-from-anywhere is available for up to 4 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Scope, build, and roll out AI agents and workflow automations across collection processes.
• Lead compliance projects such as the Digital Product Passport, from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Own and continuously improve the Product Lifecycle Management system.
• Manage work-package plans, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate legal, product, technology, and quality stakeholders to turn regulatory and process needs into practical solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in regulatory, compliance, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM-based agents, or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with PLM systems, including configuration or business-driven improvements.
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple work packages and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; the role is based in Munich, Germany, with 3 office days per week.
