Engineer, Engineering - Process (Fixed Term)

What you will do

• Provide operational and process support for biologics manufacturing systems, including bioreactors, purification equipment, media and buffer systems, heat and cooling systems, and CIP/SIP equipment.
• Develop and implement best practices to improve manufacturing success rates, compliance, safety, and operating cost control.
• Support daily operations in a cGMP environment, including process and equipment modifications, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, deviation investigations, and CAPA proposals.
• Coordinate commissioning, IQ, and OQ activities, supervise contractors, and ensure project documentation and handover are completed.
• Support customer technology transfers, risk assessments, equipment and process improvements, and technical reviews of GMP-controlled documents.
• Support audits and inspections and manage change control, permits to work, drawing management, and related documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in an engineering discipline or a diploma with process engineering experience.
• Experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, preferably in biopharmaceutical or petrochemical facilities.
• Understanding of process equipment design and operation.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work fully site-based in Tuas, Singapore.
