Process Technician

hirify.global is expanding its Singapore manufacturing site through hirify.global Asia Manufacturing Pte Ltd.

What you will do

• Operate automated and manual chemical process equipment across pharmaceutical production processes.
• Receive, stage, move, dispense, sample, inspect, change out filters, and charge materials according to SOPs.
• Perform pre-campaign setup, post-campaign activities, changeover cleaning, equipment preparation, and pack-out operations.
• Monitor process conditions, trends, and alarms using the Delta V control system and coordinate with other departments to maintain production continuity.
• Troubleshoot operating deviations, equipment observations, near misses, and operational issues; raise work orders and support investigations.
• Complete GMP/GDP documentation, operate systems including LIMS and SAP, support commissioning and validation, and participate in continuous improvement and emergency response activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in a technical discipline or GCE O/A levels.
• Suitable for a fresh school leaver or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industry experience.
• Ability to act decisively and independently when resolving issues.
• Willingness to use digital technology and follow required operating, safety, training, and documentation procedures.
• Work must be performed on premise in Singapore.
