Process Support Engineer (Metrology)

Location: North, Singapore, based at the customer's site. Travel required 25% of the time. Relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Support customers through on-site installations, system diagnoses, servicing, and repair of complex equipment.
• Work with customers and R&D teams to develop processes for advanced semiconductor chip manufacturing.
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments, analyze data statistically, and prepare reports with technical conclusions.
• Troubleshoot complex process and product issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while communicating technical information and aligning goals.
• Support junior colleagues, act as a liaison between customers and the business unit, and lead small projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain sensitive information and build consensus.
• Proficiency in English is required.
