Senior Legal Operations Consultant – Commercial & Corporate

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for sales, procurement, marketing, and real estate activities.
• Partner with business teams to provide practical legal guidance and support balanced commercial decisions.
• Review consumer-facing campaigns, promotions, and related materials to help manage legal risk.
• Support corporate administration and maintain alignment with governance requirements and policies.
• Improve legal processes, templates, playbooks, and technology solutions to scale legal services across China and APAC.

Requirements

• Law degree and admission to a relevant local bar, such as the Singapore Bar.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts across multiple business areas.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and provide clear, practical legal guidance.
• Curious, collaborative approach and motivation to improve legal service delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with contract management or contract lifecycle management platforms.
• Exposure to international, multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Mandarin language skills.
