What you will do

• Serve as the lead employment law advisor for assigned Asia Pacific countries.
• Provide strategic counsel to management and HR teams on workforce matters and business objectives.
• Manage employment litigation, administrative proceedings, and workplace investigations.
• Develop and implement employment-related policies, templates, and training initiatives.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational change projects.
• Collaborate with global legal and HR teams across different time zones.

Requirements

• Law degree and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of employment law experience, ideally within a global technology company.
• Deep understanding of multi-jurisdictional employment law and regulatory frameworks across Asia Pacific.
• Proven experience advising senior business leaders and HR executives.
• Strong background in managing employment litigation and external counsel.
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours to support global operations.
